In the spring of each year the Haras de Florys is on the hunt for talented, hard-working, and motivated young riders, well supported both by their families and technically to begin the new sporting season and later on the French Championships with ponies ready to be leased, or even more interesting, to prepare the young ponies of 3 and a half years old with whom they have been entrusted just after breaking in the autumn, to embark upon a fantastic adventure with them for several years which could well prove to be fruitful.

In this last instance, very young riders aged between 9 and 11 years old, when they are strongly supported by rigorous, talented adults, quick to jump in the saddle, are candidates that are very much appreciated.
